Rewiring of a Victorian Terraced House - Yardley, Birmingham
We have always wanted a period property and 2 years ago we moved into a Victorian terraced house in Birmingham. Even though the house had been decorated in a modern style, unfortunately the wiring was not up to modern standards. Having 2 young children, making the house as safe as possible was a high priority.
After getting a number of quotes from electricians, we decided to go with Simon from SPB Electrical Services. Price was important to us after just moving, but more importantly was the trust we had in them. It wasn't a quick fix job and myself and my wife wanted to feel comfortable with having people working in our family home.
We are delighted with the professional service and standard of work SPB Electrical Services provided. They respected our home, time as a family and our neighbours (both of which have also now used SPB Electrical) and would recommend them any day.

Loft Conversion - Sutton Coldfield
We now have a fantastic loft conversion. We wanted something low energy and extremely modern and that's what we got. The guys at SPB worked extremely well with our builder and plasterer, and the results are FAB!!!
CCTV Instalation - Solihull
We were really pleased, thank you. We needed a cctv system fitted in our shop and SPB Electrical Services had been recomended to us by a friend. There are lots of systems on the market and they sourced one within our budget and fitted it. They even showed us how to use it.
